We took our Rauchbier and Barrel-Aged it in HighWest Old Fashioned barrels for almost a year . This bier has explosive rich-almost charred smoked malt characteristics, bruleed caramel, bright notes of bitters and orange peel, with a smooth/subtle cherry finish.
