Having total freedom of creativity. No one can tell me what beers I can/cannot make. I love the opportunity to take care of people. Makes me feel really great.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

Anything where my family is all together. I also like to golf, ski and to hit the lake and go boating.

Round of golf at Pebble beach. Travel to Southeast Asia, Take my kids to Oktoberfest, buy a big RV and travel the US-golfing all courses along the way.

If you could snap your fingers and make the world a better place, what would you do?

Clean up the Oceans.

1. Wish for my kids to have a long, healthy and prosperous life and I get to be around to see it.
2. My wife likes playing golf.

A little of everything.

What do like Best about your job?

Being able to help create something really special. Love the family of people at TF. We are a lucky bunch-couldn’t ask for a better crew.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

Mom, Dog mom, wife to Kevin. I like to ski, boating on the lake-really anything where I can be with my family. I really like to cook too.

Have everyone get along. All dogs have a loving home.

What do you do at TF?
I am the VP of Branding and Operations, but I’ll do pretty much anything for this company…

What do you like best about your job and TF?
I love how Family focused we are. There is so much love and respect for one another inside this Brewery.

What do you do outside of TF?
Reading, working out, hiking, giggling with friends, dance and sing when no one is watching (also when they are…)

Bucket List top 3:
1. Take 6 months to myself to travel and truly experience the magic of life.
2. Pay off my student loan debt and then continue education, HAHA
3. Obtain the muscle strength and confidence to pole dance.

Universal Language. I wish we could all communicate and understand one another.

1. I would be fluent in Spanish.
2. A home owner, but like when I first moved to SLC, 18 years ago… So at those prices…

Brewing up the crispy lager beer and being a part of this wonderful family.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

At home I make music, watch a lot of anime, and drink a lot of Kellerbier

I would make college free and every time you aced a test you get a 4-pack of Ferda.

What do you do At TF?

I help perform cellar actions, package beer in cans, stock and organize the cold room, clean everything in the brewery, and just about any odd task that needs to be one.

What do like Best about your job?

I like that I work with beer, I get to work with good people, and it feels amazing to work with other people who are even more passionate about beer than I am.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I like to explore the outdoors with my fiance and our dog. When I want to stay home, I play a variety of video games and snuggle up with our cat.

What do you do At TF?

Help run the Canning machine, learning to do more.

What do like Best about your job?

I love the beer. The people I work with are really talented and knowledgeable about their craft. I love being out in a liquor store or grocery store and seeing the products I helped can, on the shelves.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I am a husband and father of 2 amazing girls. Most of my time away from the brewery is spent with them. I am the President of a non-profit org called the Salty Saints Social Club and Facial Hair Society. We raise money for charity by putting on beard competitions. I currently hold 4th place freestyle beard champion.

Ski, Ski, Ski. Mountain bike, kite-surf, whitewater raft, pretend to be well-rounded by reading.

What do like Best about your job?

Providing quality product to quality people. TFB’s regulars are among the most kind and genuine people. The owners respect and value me. My coworkers care and look after each other.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

Finding fun places to enjoy a cold bier. Sometimes it’s at the top of a mountain, or around a desert campfire. Share a round with me over a game of cribbage and dominos, or on a ski lift. Catch me at the taproom with a Keller Bier after the gym.

I enjoy connecting with my coworkers and customers in a comfortable environment surrounded by exceptional biers.

Traveling is probably number one on my list, followed closely by a good footy match whether that is watching or playing. I enjoy drinking bier with my friends in the mountains.

The crew I get to work with every day and sitting down after shift for a lager beer.

Cooking, camping, exploring Utah’s hills on foot make the list. Also do quite a bit of skateboarding and snowboarding.

I suppose I’d get more empathy and patience into people’s lives. We could get a lot more happiness flowing if that were the case.

A plot of land away from the city. A chunk of money to build the house and garden. Plenty of time with the loved ones to enjoy it all.

What do you do At TF?

Bartender. Events and festivals!

What do like Best about your job?

I love being able to talk with people about beer and educating our customers about beers they may not have had before. I love to help guide them to a beer they didn’t know they would enjoy! I get to do this so often at TF, since we have so many interesting German styles that many people are not familiar with.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

I spend most of my free time camping in the mountains or out in the desert. I also love paddleboarding on the reservoirs.

I would want more people to love a little more and to not take life so seriously.

The people, absolutely without question. Not only do I have the pleasure of working alongside some of the loveliest folks in the city, our customer base certainly does not disappoint. The people I meet and the conversations I have definitely keep me inspired and excited to sling beers for the wonderful people of Salt Lake

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

Where do I begin? I am usually working on an art project of some kind. lost in a book or a good movie, at a dive bar watching a local show, taking a stroll around the city, at a dance class, you name it. You can definitely catch me perusing through the antique mall and/or the slew of other vintage shops around town.

1. Its always been a secret dream of mine to play on stage with a local Honky-tonk band. 2. Skydiving over Southern Utah. -Is this cliché for your bucket list? Yes… Is it cliché for a reason? I sure hope so. 3. I’d love to buy an old motorcycle and a run-down truck and learn how to rebuild and refinish them from scratch. I’ve got my heart set on a Cafe racer and an old Ford or Bronco.

There are about a thousand things that race through my head when I dream of a better world. If I had to narrow it down, I’d make this world a place where everyone has access to food and water, proper healthcare, and a decent roof over their heads. There is no reason anyone should be living outside, especially in the freezing Utah winters.

1. Unlimited travel fund.
2. The ability to sit and have a beer with my favorite musicians living or dead.
