Hellerbock is a lager that is traditionally brewed in the Spring. We decided to make it in May and lager it for 15 weeks. This style can be thought of as a Helles or Bock but much bigger! coming in at 7% this unique lager bier is reminiscent of smooth yet bold versions of our Helles. Subtle hop aroma balances out a medium bodied, silky-smooth malt presence.
