A dark, smooth lager with malty finishes of bread, nuts, slight chocolate notes.
The brew that brought fame to Bavaria! Malt-forward, with toffee-like melanoidin flavors (think toasted bread). Brewed with Weyermann Specialty malts, Hallertau Hops and properly lagered for a minimum of 4 weeks. This bier pairs perfectly with our German pretzel!
