Triple Brett Oak Aged Dark Lager Aged on Montmorency Cherries
Our first ever bottled release is a testament to this ideal. We took our base dunkel recipe and aged it atop of local Montmorency cherries. This mixture rested in oak casks for 14 months. During this time our blend of 3 different brettanomyces strains got to work transforming this beer into something mesmerizing. Triple Brett was bottle conditioned with champagne yeast to give it a high quality effervescence. Light, malty lager beer paves the way for juicy cherry and barnyard style complexity. Oak, fruit and sweet malt on the nose…and, a champagne pop 🍾 upon opening the bottle.
