Rita started at TF as a bartender; then she threw on some brew boots and worked her way up into a lead brewer position. Before too long, she left us to study at the prestigious Heriot-Watt University in Scotland. Now she’s brewing at @pressuredropbrw in London.

We’re over the moon to share the result of Reet’s homecoming visit — the next in our Zoigl Collaboration series. This beer pushes boundaries: it’s a malty West Coast style lager made with North American Vista and New Zealand Motueka hops for soft, malty characteristics with a pop of new-style hopping. Lemon zest on the nose, with soft spruce and fescue grass tasting notes.
